State Building Maintenance

Help Desk — 303-866-HELP (4357) — Assistance with electrical, elevator, plumbing, lights, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.

To gain permission to submit maintenance requests directly, contact the System Administrator at dpa_ccf_ordering@state.co.us.

Fire or Personal Emergency — Dial 911 before contacting Capitol Complex.

If you have a maintenance or repair request in your state building, please call the Capitol Complex Help Desk, 24-hours a day. For Capitol Complex tenants who regularly request routine maintenance for their offices, please call 303-866-4357 to request login or email   dpa_ccf_ordering@state.co.us.

In the case of after-hour building emergencies, once your call is received, security will page the necessary staff who will respond as quickly as possible. In case of fire or in situations of personal emergency, please call 911 for assistance, then contact our office as well, if possible.
