Capitol Complex State Building Management includes assistance with electrical, elevator, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and general maintenance/repair issues. Capitol Complex manages several State buildings and parking lots as shown below.
Tenants wishing to allocate new or additional space, make alterations to existing space including paint, new carpet, or office space reconfigurations within Capitol Complex-managed buildings should submit a Project Space Request.
For Capitol Complex tenants who regularly request routine maintenance for their offices, work order requests may be entered by calling the Help Desk at 303-866-4357.
