Supporting State agencies with full-service facilities management and provides the public with special event permits, ceremonial flags, and information resources. The Capitol Complex team maintains the State Capitol, the Governor's Mansion, and other State buildings with routine maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, custodial, and grounds maintenance.

COVID-19 & Capitol Complex Facility Cleaning — ALL BUILDINGS

In an effort to keep state employees informed of the cleaning methods being used in all DPA managed buildings, Capitol Complex has met with State Capitol custodial crews and contracted custodial vendors to ensure that staff are cleaning all public areas as per CDC and CDPHE guidelines. On June 1, 2021, State employees for all Capitol Complex-managed buildings have started to come back to the office based on their individual agency's return to work policies.

As of March 18, 2020, there will be no events or event permits granted for the State Capitol Grounds and Lincoln Park through the end of April 2020. As restrictions are lifted, we will update the website and calendars accordingly.
